The quickest and easiest way to sign for a new SYNERGY NORTH account! Scan or take a photo of two pieces of identification. Acceptable file formats are: JPG, GIF, PNG, PDF, or JPEG (5 Megabytes maximum). If you are unable to fulfill the two I.D. requirements, Synergy North cannot accept this online form. Please contact our office at (807) 343-1111 or toll free at 1 (833) 428-1451 to speak with a Customer Service Representative.

Any and all changes in service address will have a $30 Set-Up/Change of Occupancy Charge

Opening an Account

To open a new residential account with us, you have several options. A $30 set up charge is added to your first bill any time a new account or move request is submitted. A security deposit will be required as well, please scroll down to visit our security deposit page.

Please ensure you have two pieces of identification prior to signing up for service. If you sign up online, ensure to have these photos ready to upload into our portal.
