Enrollment Services (Admissions and Records) is responsible for determining student eligibility for admission, including International Student (F1 Visa) admission. We are responsible for determining residency status, providing registration services, and reviewing petitions for exception to District policy. The Outreach/Student Success Activities Office provides information to educate and promote Cuesta College as a valuable educational option.
Student Success is responsible for conferring certificate/degrees (evaluations), organizing Commencement, official transcripts, and athletic eligibility. We process prerequisite clearance requests, maintain academic records, prepare transcripts, diplomas and provide enrollment verifications. We facilitate access to programs and services to undocumented students and their families at our Monarch Center - Centros Monarca.
Location and Hours: Services are available at Registration Centers on the San Luis Obispo Campus, North County Campus and South County campus. Processing of most services (i.e. residency, degree/certificate/GE certification, transcript production) is administered by staff at the main San Luis Obispo campus.
